Review: I wear UK 32C/32D and size M fits well on me. It is not adjustable but stretchy. I feel supported to do exercise and even cardio I think will be okay to do in this sports bra. It makes the chest look really good so you can even wear it with normal outfits if you want to be more comfortable rather than wearing a normal bra.
